2005 2006 and 2007 Kenton County Certificates of Delinquency Available for Sale

Due to the purchase of Kenton County’s Certificates of Delinquency by the Kentucky Department of Revenue, all the delinquent tax bills for 2005, 2006 and 2007 were tied up in litigation.  However, we have been given notice from the Department of Revenue that we may now sell any of remaining tax bills.  These certificates of delinquency will be made available for sale at the Kenton County Clerk’s office at 10 am on the following dates:

The 2005 Tax Bills:                      Available 4/24/09      10:00am

The 2006 Tax Bills:                      Available 5/18/09      10:00am

The 2007 Tax Bills:                      Available 6/8/09        10:00am

Perspective purchasers must have the following in order to purchase:

1. Bill Number
2. Bill Year
3. PIDN
4. Payment of Cash/Check for Current Amount Due
5. Payment of a $13.00 filing fee for each certificate purchased
